Register online now to secure your vendor booth reservation for the festival. You can also download a PDF version of the application form and mail in your registration to CEBA at 468 East 300 South, Kanab, Utah 84741. Due to high demand for vendor booth space, applications will be processed on a first come first served basis. The vendor booth cost breakdown is as follows: -Concession Booth Space (Food/Beverage Vendors) $45.00 --Additional Concession Space $40.00 -Craft or Game Space $40.00 --Additional Craft or Game Space $35.00 -Attraction Space (rides/slides/etc) $40.00 Please specify the total number of spaces you require.
