Scholarship Offered for Nontraditional Woman Student

The Center for Education, Business, and the Arts (CEBA) is offering a $1,000 scholarship to a nontraditional woman student pursuing a college education.  Applications must be submitted to CEBA and can be found online at The competitive application process includes an essay submission briefly describing why you believe you should be considered for this scholarship? What are your educational goals and plans once you graduate? What information not collected on this application would you like us to know about you?

Non-traditional women are considered those who have had to quit college or delay their college education for any reason, overcome tremendous obstacles such as poverty, childcare, family obligations or abusive homes.

The winner of this scholarship must be enrolled or plan to enroll in a college, university, or vocational-technical college to further their education in a chosen career field.
